The M-Sport Tricolour
Owner came in with a stock white GS. Left with the M-Sport livery laid in three reds, two blues, M-performance accents, sealed and clear-coated. Plate — CH-01-CH 2891.
A walk through the workshop. The customs we've built, the kits we've laid, the rides we've prepped, and the quiet detail work most owners never see.
Arjun's daily — the bike that explains the workshop without us having to say a word.
Started life as a stock R 1250 GS Adventure. Came back in for a quiet, full-system overhaul. Every panel resprayed in three-stage satin black. Every cable routed inside the frame. Every accessory chosen for the long-haul, not the showroom floor.
It's not a show bike. It's the one Arjun rides to Munnar at 4am, parks at the workshop, and calls another day.

Clearwater Lights aux setup with proper relay-driven harness, weather-sealed connectors, OEM-spec routing through the existing loom. Nothing dangling. Nothing humming.
Pre-trip prep on the GSA. Aluminium hard cases, top-box mounted, tank protection bars added, tyre pressure recalibrated for off-road, every torque value re-checked.
Owner drove 180 km from Kannur. Full service with the right oils, the right torque, the right sequence — and a coffee while we explained what we found and why.
Total respray, red pinstripes laid by hand, blacked-out hand-guards, custom front headlight cowl with integrated indicator strips. Plate KL 11 BX. The owner now hides the keys from himself.
Auxbeam aux lights paired with an Alien Rider M12 Pro CarPlay/Android-Auto display, properly mounted with anti-vibration, weather-sealed wiring loom.
You can tell a Wrench Men kit by the small things — the way the M-Performance badge lines up with the body crease, the way the red accents match the brake-fluid reservoir cap. Boring details that the owner will spot every time.
Two GS Adventures, both Wrench Men customers, both prepped for the same Trans-Himalaya run. Coordinated lighting, matching luggage, friend-and-friend bikes.
Pillion-friendly tweaks: rear handle relocation, top-box back-rest, extended foot-pegs. Built for couples who want the back seat to ask for the next ride, not skip it.
Alien Rider M12 Pro install — wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, action-cam ready, vibration-isolated mount. Cable hidden behind the windshield, no flapping ties anywhere.
Before that 2,000 km Bangalore-Goa-Pondicherry-Munnar loop, the bike comes to us. Full once-over, fluids replaced, tyre pressures set, fresh chain, tested under load.
We have room for one more major build per quarter. If you're sitting on an idea for your bike — bring it in for a chai. We'll tell you what's possible and what isn't.
